Dear Sir,

currently I have CSD17382F4 Marking code question,

on datasheet Device Marking only have HM 2 number

but IC marking have 3 number as like 6HM & 8HM

could you help confirm the first number represents the year?

Thanks for your interest in TI MOSFET products. You are correct. The CSD17382F4 uses a 3 character marking (YHM), where the first number indicates the year.
