LM2743: Thermal shutdown and high temp operation

Does LM2743 have a thermal shutdown? If not, are they any major obstacles preventing it to be used up to maximum Tj≤165C?

    Jatan,
    I do not see a thermal shutdown block. However the max operating junction is 150C. It is not advised to exceed this temp since materials used may not tolerate the 165C. If its a one time event for verification purposes then I think its okay to check but the standard disclaimer applies we do not have any guarantees beyond the abs max ratings.
