WEBENCH® Tools/TPS53625: TPS53625( 4.8V to 3.8V design) but Vout = Vin=4.8v , while Vfb= 1.24v . anybody can give some suggetion?

Please re-post your question and correct part number. The part should be LM53625-Q1 so that the system can assign the right person to support your question. TPS53625 is another part and not relate to your schematic.
