What is the difference between TPS62065 and TLV62065? I have compared these two sockets and haven't find more difference.

    Hi Amelie,

    TPS62065 and TLV62065 are p2p compatible and provide very similar functionality.

    However, there are some differences that are highlighted in the datasheet:
    - VIN,max = 6V for TPS62065 vs. VIN,max = 5.5V for TLV62065
    - VFB accuracy (PWM) = +/- 1.5% for TPS62065 vs. VFB accuracy (PWM) = +/- 2% for TLV62065
    - Rdischarge = 75 Ohm to 1450 Ohm for TPS62065 vs. Rdischarge = 200 Ohm (typ.) for TLV62065
    - ILIMF(max) = 3.3A for TPS62065 vs. ILIMF(max) unspecified for TLV62065
    - ILIMF specified over full VIN range for TPS62065 vs. ILIMF specified for VIN=3V to 3.6V for TLV62065
