Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3450
LM4030B is a "ultra-precision" shunt reference (1% and 20ppm/°C) up to 30mA.
Is there an (easy) application to build a (ultra-precision) 5V reference with more current capability?

Hi Roberto,
What are the exact specifications you are looking for?
It is possible to use a REF3450 with an external FET to achieve 5V with 200mA+ source current.
Any of our series references can be modified with a FET for current boosting.
Follow the directions from figure 7 of this datasheet
