TPS2511-Q1: D+ D- voltage anomaly

I'm currently testing a circuit that includes the TPS2511QDGNRQ1 USB Dedicated Charging Port Controller and Current Limiting Power Switch. The documentation says that the values for D+ and D- should be one of the values: 2.0V, 2.7V, or 1.2V. I however am getting values ranging from 0.11V to 0.177V. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this? Below is the implementation.

Hi Mike,
The schematic looks good, how do you test D+/D- voltage? Using probe to check the voltage after power up?
Do you have waveform?

Hi Feifei,

I'm using a fluke to probe the voltages after power up. The voltages stay consistent so I haven't bothered to scope it.

Hi Mike,
Generally TPS2511-Q1 are in divider 2 mode after power up, and the state machine may trigger to different mode depends on the phone/tablet attached.
Not sure if anything trigger during your observation, will suggest you use Osillascope to monitor the D+/D- during the event.

I've scoped it, from power up to power down and didn't come across anything looking like a trigger event. I'll keep looking into it.
