BQ24092: BQ24092 temperature protection range deviates greatly

The protection range of BQ24092 charging at high and low temperatures is 6-52 degrees C.          
 But the specifications show that it is 0-60 degrees C.The range deviates greatly. Why?

    The protection range is targeted at 0C to 60C and will have a tolerance dependent on internal and external factors.
    Internal to the device the (TS pin) NTC bias current is 48uA to 52uA. The 60C shutdown voltage is 170 to 186mV while 0C shutdown voltage is 1205 to 1255mV.
    But the larger source of error probably the NTC in battery pack, it is a 10k at 25C and will have some tolerance. Also the Beta value, rate of change with temp will have some tolerance also, suspect this is the causing the largest error.

    Each element of the system can be checked independently to understand where the error is coming from.
