    The error message in red on the bottom of your screen indicates that the bqz file your are using does not match the firmware for your device. On the Dashboard on the left side of the screen, it does not show a complete firmware name.

    I suggest you download the latest BQ78350-R1 firmware from the product page (www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware). You can program this to the device by using the 'Firmware' tab in BQStudio. Then make sure to copy the .bqz file into the BQStudio config folder. I think this should hopefully resolve the error you are seeing.
