For this specific requirement in camera ADAS system, 4 in 1 PMIC devices recommendation, TPS65311-Q1 is 8*8 package. Is there any other smaller size (like 3*3) recommentdation?

DC-DC 8-12V TO 3.3V Max 500mA

DC-DC 1.8V Max 250mA

DC-DC/LDO 1.1V Max 250mA

LDO 2.9V Max 200mA

Hello Gene,

Thanks a lot for your interest. We have a part in development which would support all your rails and currents in a 4x4mm package. Please check for TPS65033x-Q1 towards end of May (preliminary info and samples) on ti.com or contact your local TI-representative for further details (NDA required!).

Another option would be to use a pre-regulator for the 8..12V VIN-rail (e.g. TPS62160-Q1) and use TPS65000-Q1 for th elow-voltage rails. Both parts are availble today.
