TPS59641: TPS59641 OCP question

Part Number: TPS59641

Hi sirs,

The measure value OCP of TPS59641 Vcore and Vgfx are 20A and 22A.

We hope to fine tune the OCP is 17A.

Please help to apply the suggest solution and calculation formula for OCP.

    Hi Kevin,

    You can change OCP-I threshold to lower one. For example, to change 150K to 100K and change the resistor between  CIMON and OCP-I with the same ratio, i.e. 560k/1.5=373k, if it does not meet your requirement, just go for lower one and try again. This is the simplest way to lower OCP, otherwise you may need to change DCR sensing circuit but it needs to change lots of components.

    Hi sir,

    if i chagne 150K to100K,the result for transcient or dynamic ViD  could be change?

    The change will influence other measurement or just for OCP?

    Please help to confirm.
