UCC25702: Package power dissipation/theremal information for PW & D package

Hello,

I have the the following two questions from my customer. Please support them.

1. There is no specifications about the package power dissipation & thermal resistence for both UCC25702PW and UCC25702D on the datasheet. Please show them.

2. How can the power consumption of this product be estimated(calculated) in a real power supply application?

How about another question(question-2) about how to estimate(calculate) IC power dissipation?
