What's the max output current of pin 16(Vref5.1)?

    Hi

    The load regulation for the reference voltage is specified up to 10mA, see page 4 of the datasheet.

    The minimum value for the short circuit current is 30mA.

    The maximum you should plan to draw from the pin 16 should be 10mA. Please note that the more current you take from the reference the more power is dissipated with the controller and the temperature of the controller will increase.
