I'd like to use this part to replace discrete power solution, but I'd like to know, how this LDO avoid the ripple noise from buck?
In the original discrete solution, we have some noise issue from LDO due to buck converter to closed, so how PMIC avoid this issue?

If you are looking for an integrated power solution I suggest considering our next generation PMIC, the TPS650330-Q1:

In terms of noise performance, it sounds like you are concerned about cross-talk or noise injection due to parasitics between output voltage rails in the PMIC's small package. TI designs these camera PMICs to reduce this noise injection with noise sensitive applications in mind. For example, compare the 2.9-V output voltage ripples of TIDA-020003 (using the TPS650330-Q1) and TIDA-020002 (using a discrete LDO). Both are about 6 mV peak-to-peak for the same image sensor while the camera module is streaming video.

Please keep in mind that PCB layout will also reduce noise injection, especially with high frequency circuits. This includes separation of AGND and PGND, tight layout of switching converters to reduce parasitics, and others outlined in this blog post:
