TPIC74100-Q1: Over-voltage and over-current safety protection

Hi Aladdin,

the device internally set to 5V. there is no FB pin to change the VOUT. thus it doesn't required output over voltage protection.

The over current is protect by the internal MOSFET Q1. the Q1 will turn off if the inductor peak current reach 2A.
