I am currently reworking my schematic and I was wondering if it would be okay to connect the ON/BYP pin to VDD (3.3V in my case) since I only want the DC-DC conversion and not interested in the bypass mode operation?
Thanks

Hi Tushar,
The DC-DC converter is activated when ON/BYP is set high. But please be aware of the Automatic Transition from DC-DC to Bypass Operation explained in Section 9.4.2 in the datasheet.
Please ensure the device is operated according to the following table:
ON/BYP pin can be 3.3V as long as the above recommendations are satisfied.
