TPS54160A: TPS54160A used in design to generate +/-12V

Hi,

I'm currently designing around the TPS54160A to create +/-12V +/-300mA and referencing the application note SLVA369A as well as the Reference Design for the PMP10088 (which uses TPS54360). I've set the switching frequency to be 300kHz. In the reference design schematic Rev B version for the PMP10088, an RC snubber is added across D1. Is this necessary to include for the TPS54160A and if so, can you please help with tuning the values for the RC snubber?
