Dear Expert,
My customer recently wants to replace RT8086 with TLV62585RWTR (VQFN package)..
They found there is no voltage output after the replacement. They had tried to rework with more than 5 pcs but found none of them works normally.
After reworking back to RT8086, the output voltage is normal.
After checking the schematic, we found that one of the NC pin (pin6) is connected to vout while the other NC pin (pin5) is connected to gnd.
Will this connection cause it work anomaly?
It's kind of you to give us some directions.
