Hi Team,

customers are looking for discrete NMOS type power MOS.

The Rdson is better below 5mhom and VDS is 8V~10V.

Package is 2*2mm2, does TI have any recommendation?

    Hi Patty,

    Thanks for the inquiry. I believe this is the same request from Scott Hsieh. I will provide the same response with the additional comments: we do not have an FemtoFETs that will meet 5mOhm on resistance. The lowest resistance FemtoFET is the CSD13385F5 (19mOhm max at VGS = 4.5V).  We have a load switch FET selector tool available at the link below. The lowest rds(on) in 2x2mm SON is the CSD13202Q2 which is 7.5mOhm typical at VGS = 4.5V. In order to get to 5mOhm max, you will have to go to a larger 3x3mm SON package. Some possible devices are:
