Hello Dear.

I'm using UCC28180D IC for PFC controller.

I would like to add the function of AC under voltage protection(Brown out).

I found the control IC LM8364 but the operating temperature rating is -40~85℃.

It has to be over 125℃. so I can not use LM8364.

Please recommend me the adjust control IC for AC brown out.

You do not need a control ic to generate a brownout signal if you are unable to use the LM8364.

The schematic shown uses two npn transistors .

The implementation of brownout is very straightforward and requires no explanation

Thanks for your reply.

I found UCC28019A which has bwown-out function and fixed 65Khz.

I will consider to use this IC.

Anyway, please let me know the value of semiconductor as u mentioned if possible.

The AC Voltage of brown out point is 75Vac(Turn off: about 75Vac, Turn on: about 80Vac)

and recommend me the suitable zener diode and BJT.
