Hello. I am developing a board in which I use bq24030. Reading the documentation, I can’t understand why when I connect usb 5.0 V, I get 3.7 V output. Tell me why and how to regulate it? (The battery is not connected. There is no load.)

What is CE voltage and what is voltage on OUT?

Voltage CE=USB=5.0V. Voltage on output =3.7V (X19 on schematic).

I connect only usb. There is no battery. I get an output of 3.5 V. At the same time, changing the polarity of the voltmeter I get - 4.1 V. Why is that?

Hello,

Can you try using another voltmeter. I would expect switching to polarity to give you negative of initial voltage.

Also if you have 5V on input, you should have around the same on OUT. What resistor do you have on DPPM

Used several voltmeters. It excites me. Resistance DPPM 33K.
