TPS40170: TPS40170 can supports multi-phase function??

Hi Sir:

Is the TPS40170 supports multi-phase function through Master/Slave topology???

if yes, The below connection is right or wrong:

1. Master's M/S pin pull-up 10K to VIN. --> set as Master.

2. Slave's M/S pin direct tied to GND.  --> set as Slave.

3. Master's SYNC pin output to Slave SYNC pin through a series resister 4.99K.

4. Both  Enable pins connected together by a generator.

5. Both  UVLO pins connected together by a divider resistor.

6. Both  TRK pins are connected controller owned VDD power.

7. Both SS pins respectively are tied a Capacity to GND. same capacitance.

8. Both RT pins respectively are tied a Resister to GND. same resistance.

9. Both ILIM pins respectively  are tied a RC to set over current point.

10. Both FB and COMP pins respectively have feed back resister and RC compensation group.
