I need to replace the STWD100NYWY3F  (STMicroelectronics) .

    Hi Riccardo,

    I think we answered this one through email with TPS3828-33 so I will close this one.. Although our device is a “Reset IC” with a Watchdog timer, as long as the voltage is above the 2.93V threshold, the device will behave as a WDT monitor. STWD100 requires a minimum of 2.7V to function and calls for a nominal Vin of 5V, so the requirement is pretty much the same. The timing for the WDT is 1.6s (same as competitor parts). This is a P2P drop-in replacement
