TLC59108F: Value of Pullup Resistor to VCC

Part Number: TLC59108F

Hello Guys,

Good day.

On the datasheet of TLC59108F, it was mentioned that the External Reset input requires a pullup resistor to VCC if no active connection is used: what is the recommended value for the pullup resistor? In other words, what is the recommended current value that should be limited?

Thanks in advance!

Art

  • Hi, Art,

as the input pin, the logic circuit of SDA, SCL and RESET should  be same. The SCL and SDA must each have a pullup resistor placed somewhere on the line, so do the RESET pin. In typical application, values of 1.8k to 4.7k are used.

    Best Regards,
