Hi Mark,

We currently do not have a spice model for the TPS3806. Is there any similar parts you're considering?

Hi Abhinav,

I haven't found a good alternative but I'm open to other proposals !

I need adjustable hysteresis and at least -40 to 105°C ambient temperature. 5 V supply.

Hi Marc,

You can actually add hysteresis as desired to any of our supervisors with a sense pin with this app note: http://www.ti.com/lit/slva360.

The devices you can use include the TPS3808 and the TPS3700, for example.
