Hi

Attached the schematic as below:

The query is when connected load, the first series' voltage is about 100mV lower than the other two series.

Before discharge the voltage detect is the same.

Please give some suggestion.

    Hello Star,

    Usually when there is a drop between cell voltages under load it means you have interconnection resistance between the cells. Make sure your connections are secure, then add thicker connections between cells if the problem is still occurring.

    In some cases it could be a bad battery cell as well.
