UC3525A: Error Amplifier on UC3525

Hi,

I have 2 different questions about uc3525

1. Is error amplifier on uc3525 a opamp or a ota?

2. Can I use type 3 compensation on uc3525 for a full bridge dc-dc converter? If yes, is there any TI documents about it's calculations?

Hi Can!

Thanks for reaching out! The error amplifier on the UC3525A is not an OTA. You can use type 3 compensation with a full bridge converter using the UC3525. Here are a couple documents to help you get started: Compensation Made Easy and Demystifying Type 2 and 3 Compensation.
