There are only two significant changes to the UCC28065 compared to the UCC28064A:
1) In UCC28065, the maximum programmable switching frequency has been doubled, from approximately 400kHz to 800kHz. (Low end both still at 20kHz).
2) In UCC28065, the Tzcc Zero-Crossing Compensation function has been removed. Additional on-time is no longer added near the line zero-crossings. This avoids the overcompensation effect with modern MOSFETs and improves iTHD.
All other features are the same in both devices.
