The TPS53312 datasheet is no longer available and any new design are replaced with TPS54326, it is pin to pin compatible with the safe functionality. The datasheet can be found below.

the datasheet is TPS54326. TPS53312RGTR is replaced with TPS54226 or TPS54326 ?

I miss typed 3 with 2.

Yes, TPS53312RGT* is replaced with TPS54326RGT*. Choose the TPS54326RGT* with Plastic Quad Flat Pack (QFN) package.
