TPS62063: O/p Voltage problem

Part Number: TPS62063

For this circuit, we have 5v i/p and 3.3v o/p is required. Only on one board, there is a problem that we are getting 1.3v at the SW pin. And at the FB pin 0.462v. Also, what is the internal feedback resistors value?

Can you replace the TPS62063DSG on the failed board with a new sample? This is to ensure that the device is working properly.

I s the VOUT regulating properly with the new part?

Yes, we replaced IC but then also in o/p, we are getting 1.229v at SW, 1.09V at FB and at fuse 1.1v

Thanks for the quick response.

Can you disconnect the fuse and measure the output again? If the Vout is still not regulating properly, then please measure the VIN, VOUT and inductor current and post the waveform here.
