TPS62170: 0.6 V for 30 ns on SW pin okay?

Part Number: TPS62170

Hi team,

Can you answer the following customer inquiry?

I have a question about the switching regulator TPS62170. In a circuit it is used to convert +3.4 V to +1.8 V.
During measurements in Power Safe Mode (output current about 50 mA) it was noticed that the maximum ratings of the pin SW are violated.
According to the data sheet, up to -2 V may be applied here for less than 10 ns. In our circuit there is only 0.6 V, but for 30 ns.
In PWM mode (output current 500 mA) the requirements are met. Is this permissible from a technical point of view?

Here is a screenshot of the measurement in Power Safe Mode.

Thank you,

Franz
