UC1825A: Vc gate driving minimum voltage

Hello,

Is there a minimal voltage recomended for biasing Vc (output stage power supply) pin for proper IC functioning ?

    Hi Christian,

    The UC1825A VC pin is a dedicated bias for the output driver stage only. There is no UVLO or minimum voltage requirement. The voltage applied to the VC pin will be the voltage amplitude seen at VGS of your MOSFETs. Thanks for consider UC1825A and good luck with your design.
