Dear expert,
In DCR010505 datasheet, my customer find thermal shutdown function. Does this mean DCR010505 will stop work when junction temperature up to 150C, and will continue work when junction temperature down to 130C? My customer want test data/report of this function, and customer also want to know how long time will DCR010505 work until failure when junction temperature is 150C?
