Hi

Please help to check SCH, is there any problem?

The product is always damaged by 1% and the cause cannot be found

The maximum current used for each channel is 26mA,

    I think schematic of TLC5941 part is OK. Could you help to describe more about the damage, like what phenomenon and which pin?

    Hi

    TLC5941 is mounted on the LOGO lamp of the whole vehicle and controls 5 RGB lights.

    About 0.05% of the cars sold by the oEMS were found to have broken down when they were returned by the 4S shop.

    The fault phenomenon of defective parts is as follows: after the PCB board is powered on, the light flashes for a while and then the light goes OUT. TLC5941 is measured and all OUT pins have no output.

    Hi Neal,

    Could you help also measure IREF pin? And please help do A-B-A swap test to locate damage to IC. If it confirmed TLC5941 was damaged, you could contact local TI FAE for further failure analysis.
