I tried the learning cycle.
Update Status changed from 0 to 2 at the timing shown below.
This is taken from SLUA902.
Is the learning cycle failing when this happens?
If so, what could be the cause?

This is could be related to the configuration such as the design capacity could be incorrect, can you attached the .gg and log from learning cyle. What are the battery specs?

The specifications of the battery are as follows.
・Battery pack capacity:2835mAh (min)
・Nominal Voltage:3.6V
・Discharge End voltage:2.5V
・Charge voltage:4.1V

The log needs to be from the learning cycle, if you achieved update status = 2 there is no reason to say it failed unless you are having other issue.

Update status = 2 means Qmax and Ra updated
If you can share the log from the learning cycle I will be able to give you a better answer.

After learning has been completed, copy the table that has the learned, ie the qmax and Ra values to the one that are unlearned so both tables will now have the same values. You will know the learned qmax and resistance tables as they will be different from the values which were started out with before the learning cycle. Do the same for the default chem id table as well, i.e replace them with the learned values.
Also copy update status 02 to all the update statuses and copy the learned qmax to all the other qmax.
