Although I‘m not familiar in this field, I'd like to discuss with you about this question.I think Rcs and Ccs is needed here. Your customer may refer to PMP40555 and PMP40569 for a flyback solution.

I don't ask whether I can remove Ccs and Rcs, but rather whether a connection between pin CS and Ccs / Rcs is missing?

The connection is needed here. If not, these Res and Cap will be meaningless.
