We need the thermal characteristics of this device. Are there two seperate IC's on the board? The board this device mounts to will not be air cooled. It will only be conduction cooled. Will conduction through the leads alone be sufficient or will we need to pull heat from the top as well? (Power ~3.5W for reference) My parts list has this device as PTH08T210W, which doesn't have the additional AD, AH, AS, AST, AZ, or AZT tacked on to the end.
