When simulating TPS22954 with PSpice for TI, an error occurred at a VIN voltage of 0.9V and the simulation could not be performed. If I change TPS22954 to TPS22953 and run a similar simulation, it ends normally.
Is it possible to use TPS22954 under the condition of VIN 0.9V?
At TPS22953, VIN = 0.9V, the simulation ends normally. I want to use a discharge device, so I simulated it with TPS22954. It is said that it will work even with TPS22954 and VIN = 0.9V, so we will proceed with the design with TPS22934.
It is said that there is a possibility of a PSPICE model error, but if the cause of the error is found, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.
