The maximum steady-state load current requirement is arround 15A.

Hi Murthy,

Thanks for sharing the information. TPS25982 will be the best option. In this device, MOSFET will be integrated and it will be really space optimized. Otherwise, TPS247xx family can also be a possible alternative. However, external MOSFET and sense resistor will required.
