  Anyway，you can consider LM5163 and LMR36510/20 family to see if they meet your requirements.

Vin nom: 48V (can raise up to max 100V)

Vout: 3.3V and 5V both at 1A.

  LMR36510 family can only support up to 65V. LM5163 is a 0.5A device.

  Let me see if there is other device can meet your requirements...

  Sorry.  If 100V/1A is necessary, LM5164 and LM5164-Q1 is the only one in SO PowerPAD (8) package..
