Hello sirs,
We observed that there was a lepxoy voids on part#LM3671MFX-1.8NOPB during our inspection.

This amount of epoxy coverage is not listed in the datasheet.
Please advise if there is a standard within TI for epoxy coverage on this particular part#.
Should customer be concerned and any particaluar actions needed to be taken?
