The TRM suggests using a TPS7D801-Q1 LDO but we're not able to find the TPS7D801-Q1 online, could you send us a link?

What we're thinking of doing is using 2 of the TPS7A8801 since the output voltage can be adjusted, do you foresee any issues with this?

    I also couldn't find the link to TPS7D801-Q1.

    It is better to refer to the respective xWR EVM schematics for exact part number used. Adjustable output voltage version should also work. But recently we are recommending 2nd stage LC filters instead of LDO's due to cost and thermal issues. Also these LDO's have low drop out and PSRR is not very good at 4 MHz and you may still need to use 2nd stage LC filter even if LDO is used.
