I want to  Vout = 5v and Iout=500mA  Vin = 54V can u tell me efficiency for this .

    There is no way to tell efficiency based just on numbers you are listing above.
    Measured value will depend on many factors (type of inductor used, dcr resistance, board layout, measurement points etc).
    The only way to know efficiency is to measure it for your operating conditions, and using your board.
    Since your operating conditions are not very similar to conditions published in data sheet (Vin=12, Vout=5, Iload=1A), it is not possible to give an estimate.
