TPS22917: May TPS22917 can replace APL3512 directly?

Hi Sir 

I can't find any solution to replace  APL3512 from TI web cross reference.

I find TPS22917 may close APL3512. May we double check with you? or there have more suit part?

    Hi Chen, 

    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding an APL3512 replacement. As of right now, we don't have a direct replacement for this device, but I have a few suggestions depending on the application. 

    Do you need the current limit feature on the device? Is this for a USB application?

    If not, then I would recommend taking a look at the TPS22918 as well as the TPS22917. The TPS22918 has better Ron, while the TPS22917 offers lower leakage current. Depending on whether the load is usually on or off, I would base my decision between these two options.

    If current limiting is required, I will direct you to our Power Interfaces group. I suggest taking a look at the TPS2069, which contains similar specifications to the ANPEC device.
