Hi:

I have a project 4 channel use 7 LED current 100 mA .

We want to one of four channel LED fail , Shutdown All channel.

I send our circuit.

Please help me. What is problem the circuit.

Our circuit problem. It is all channel fail ,The The fault detection pin to Low voltage.

We do not have MCU

Our project is Turn light and Park light. One channel fail. I need all channel stop.

I cut two channel circuit open is work ok. But If only one channel is not OK.

and Wait 10 Sec system will reset again. Then Other channel will light on 3 Sec then Light off.

Then It is cycling On off light LED.

If you want to realize the function "One channel fail. I need all channe", i think you need a MCU to detect fault from the device and disable the enable pin to close the device.

About your question, i am sorry i can't fully understand what happened ,do you have some waveform to show what's your issue.
