Hi Team

I used the TPSM82813 to design three power supplies.

1.1.0V,3A,Output

2.1.8V,3A,Output

3.1.8V,3A,Output

These are used for FPGA and peripheral circuits.

The design files of Schematic, BOM, WEBENCH Report are attached.

Please, I would like you to verify the circuit and comment.

Hi Yuichi,

My comments on your schematics are the following:

1. For the 1V design you are using R2=150k which is above the max. recommended 100k as per page 14 of the datasheet.

2. In the 2nd 1.8V design you have 2 ferrite beads whose effect on the feedback loop you would have to check with bode plot measurements and also consider the fact that they will cause a voltage drop because of their resistance lowering the voltage at the load. You will have to take this into account for the loads that have a bead connected at their inputs.

Otherwise they seem to be according to the recommendations in the datasheet.

Thank you for your kind reply.

1.Matters of Rfbb = 100kohm

I missed Rfset = 4.5 ~ 100kohm described on P5 of dataSheet.

Change to 66.5kohm. Please see the material.

Probably it became vulnerable to noise. Thank you.

2.Matters of ferrite beads

Your point is that I have the same opinion. It is connected to another printed circuit board with a cable. The purpose is to avoid being affected by the voltage of the FPGA due to noise. All the receiving circuits of other printed circuit boards are level shifters. The voltage accuracy is loose. I should have described it as a level shifter. Thank you very much.
