AM6442: AM64x power supply and compatibility

Hello, I have questions about AM64x.

Question 1:
AM64x VDD_CORE can be selected from 0.75 or 0.85V. Is this determined by the model number? Could you tell me the difference between them?

Question 2:
VDDS_DDR can be selected from 1.1 or 1.2V. Is this determined by the DDR used?
DDR4:1.2V
LPDDR4:1.1V

Question 3:
Is it possible to replace the AM64x series without change because it is pin compatible?
My customers designing with AM6442 are considering and replace it with AM6421.

No, all devices will operation with either 0.75 or 0.85V VDD_CORE. There are several other voltage rails which require 0.85V, so you can either combine all those rails for a simplified power solution, or you can implement VDD_CORE=0.75 to reduce power consumption

Yes, DDR type will determine the DDR IO voltage VDDS_DDR

Yes, these device variants are pin compatible
