Our customer is looking for SER(Soft error rate) for AM5716AABCX
Customer noticed the following URL. would you have something like SER data for AM5716AABCX ?

According to above URL, there is following description, however, I'm not sure if customer is able to estimate AM5716's SER with this tool. Can I have your Expert's advice/comments on this, please?
If so, we'd like to request customer to have NDA with TI. and then, it will be appreciated if you will elaborate how should we request this tool.

These are combined into an online SER estimator calculator that can be used to gauge the upper-bound for SER in any TI products made in CMOS technologies (350nm to 20nm). The calculator requires an NDA for external customers.
