AM4376: EMU0 signal goes to low at start up under high temperature

Part Number: AM4376

Hi

My customer reported an issue under high temperature (50C).
If the issue happens, CPU does not boot-up and completely stuck.
The issue is observed on their custom board (two boards).

It was found Program Counter is stuck at 0x0030:0000 which is reset vector.
Customer checked EMU0/1 states at power-on and found EMU0 signal is Low if the issue happens.
So CPU is in Wait-in-Reset (EMU0=L, EMU1=H) and does not start up.

EMU0/1 signals are pull-up to high with 3.3V IO voltage on the board.
And these signals are connected to only JTAG connector and JTAG cable is removed, so nothing is driving these signals.

Please see attached waveforms.
Waveform#1 to #3 are the cases when the issue happens.
As you can see, EMU0 signal is not pull-up to high just after 3.3V IO voltage is power-on.
EMU0 signal issue.xlsx
Waveform#4 is the normal case (at room temperature).
EMU0 signal is pull-up properly and system boots up as expected.

Do you have any idea what is potential cause of the issue ?

Thanks and regards,
