The fab drawing included in the design package should contain all the PCB information, including a track impedance chart. Please review and let me know if you have additional questions.

I want the details of following

Prepreg details
Prepreg core material
Copper layer thickness.

Please provide the above details.

Fab note 3 states material is ISOLA FR-370 HR. The copper layer thickness is provided in the stack-up drawing, but the PDF is difficult to read the values. The values are 2mils for layers 1/2/3 and 0.6 mils for layers 4/5/6.
