I'm looking for a work arround solution to solve the COUNTER_REALTIME saturation with a customer. The two suggestions in the documentation for its workaround say that they should restart the system before this issue happens, but it is not acceptable in this product in any way. The replacement of the MPU COUNTER_REALTIME with a GP Timer doesn’t seem to cover the same functionality Furthermore, it does not seem possible to test the behaviour of the system without waiting the 388 days it takes to reach 0xBB8000000000 in the counter.
Could you please help with some alternatives ?
